Before you leave home
Keep your flight number, arrival details and hotel address together. Share them with the person arranging your pickup, and save their contact number on your phone.
Plan for your luggage
Count both large suitcases and smaller bags when choosing a vehicle. Mention a folding pushchair or other bulky items in advance so the booking team can advise on space.
Agree on a meeting point
